Questions we are asked most
We only have 30 students. Is Lite enough?
Yes. Lite covers up to 50 enrolled students at one location, with batches, attendance, fees, results and reports included.
Can my teachers log in?
Teacher logins come with Academy Plus, along with accountant and receptionist roles. On Lite, the admin does the data entry and teachers do not have their own logins.
Can I record part-payments and discounts?
Yes. Each invoice can carry a discount, and you can record payments in parts. The invoice shows paid, partly paid, unpaid or overdue automatically.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Open it in your phone’s browser and add it to your home screen. The pages are designed for small screens.
Do you send messages to parents?
Not automatically, so there is no per-message cost. Academy+ opens WhatsApp with a ready-made fee reminder for every unpaid invoice, and for any notice you write, and you send it from your own WhatsApp in one tap.
Can I bring in the students I already have?
Yes. Save your list as a CSV spreadsheet and upload it under Students, then Import. It checks every row first and skips anyone already in your list, so you can safely upload a corrected file again.
