Questions we are asked most
I coach padel and tennis. Does this really fit?
Yes. If you run recurring groups with a day, a time and a monthly fee, it fits. Make each sport a class and each group a batch, for example "Padel" with a "Beginners, Tue and Thu 6 pm" batch. Academy+ calls everyone a student, so your players appear under Students.
Do you handle court or lane bookings?
No. Academy+ is for recurring batches and monthly fees, not for booking a court by the hour. Many coaches use their usual booking method for courts and use Academy+ for players, attendance and fees.
Can I charge per session or sell class packs?
You can raise any invoice for any amount, so you can invoice a pack of sessions. It does not count down sessions or visits for you, so keep tracking the remaining sessions in your attendance.
Can I track levels, like belts or swimming levels?
Record each level assessment as a test with the skills you grade, and the scores and grades are worked out for you. On Plus and Pro, you can print the result as a progress report. There is no automatic belt or level promotion.
I teach kids and adults in different groups. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Make a batch for each group, such as Juniors, Teens and Adults, each with its own timing and fee.
Can parents see attendance and fees?
With the Parent Portal on Academy Pro, yes, read-only and for their own child. On Lite and Plus, you stay in control and send reminders and notices from your own WhatsApp.
How many players can I have?
Lite covers up to 50 players. Plus and Pro have no limit, and we never charge per player.
Can I bring in the players I already have?
Yes. Upload your Excel or CSV list under Students, then Import. It checks every row first and skips anyone already in your list.
Do I need a laptop?
No. It works in your phone’s browser and installs to your home screen like an app.
