- Each academy’s records are kept separate from every other academy’s, and people see only what their role needs. We say how in plain words on the security page.
- No card details
- You pay by bank transfer. We do not ask for, or store, a card number or a bank login.
- A person answers
- Questions go to our team on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, and a person answers.
- Honest limits
- We say what a plan includes and what it does not, on the pricing page and in our guides, and we change what we publish when it stops being true.
