Step 1 of 9
Start on the free listing page
Pick what you run, then add its name, your city, your name, an email, your WhatsApp number and a password. That is the whole sign-up. There is no card to enter and nothing to pay.
You do: Fill in the short form and press Create my free page.
Step 2 of 9
Confirm your email
We send a message to the address you gave. Open it and tap Confirm my email. This keeps fake sign-ups out, and it shows the page belongs to a real person.
You do: Open the email and tap the button. Look in spam if you do not see it.
Step 3 of 9
Your page is ready to fill in
You land on your page dashboard. The page starts as a private draft that only you can see. A checklist shows what is still needed, and the required items are marked.
You do: Work down the checklist, starting with the required items.
Step 4 of 9
Describe your institution
Say what you teach, where you are, what you charge and when you open. Parents compare fees and timings first, so add them. Save as you go and come back whenever you like.
You do: Type in your details and press Save changes.
Step 5 of 9
Add your logo and photos
Your logo is free. A free page can also show up to 3 photos, such as your building, a classroom or a class in progress. Any paid Academy+ plan, from Rs 2,999 a month, raises that to 8.
You do: Choose pictures from your phone. They are shrunk and tidied automatically.
Step 6 of 9
Preview your page
Press Preview my page to see it the way parents will: your name and area, the buttons to call or message you, your fees, timings and photos. Only you can see it. If something looks wrong, go back and fix it.
You do: Open the preview, read it through, and change anything you want.
Step 7 of 9
Send it for review
When you are happy, press Send my page for review. We look at every page by hand, usually within a day or two, so Explore stays trustworthy. We email you the moment it is live, or tell you exactly what to fix.
You do: Send the page, then carry on with your day.
Step 8 of 9
Approved: your page is live
This is how parents see your page on their phones: your name and area, buttons to call or message you on WhatsApp, your fees and timings, and your photos. It is also listed on Explore by city and kind.
You do: Open your page and check it reads the way you want.
Step 9 of 9
Share it and answer enquiries
Send the link on WhatsApp or put it in your Instagram bio. Parents who write to you from the page land in your inbox, and you can see how many people viewed, called and messaged. You can edit, hide or delete the page whenever you like.
You do: Share your link, and reply to enquiries from your inbox.
